No — the Spain student visa application must be submitted in person at the Spanish Consulate General in Sydney. You cannot submit remotely or through a third-party drop-off. Book your consulate appointment (cita previa) as early as possible, as slots can be limited, particularly in the months leading up to the September academic intake.
